All of us, including myself, want to feel fulfilled, happy and cared for. We are not meant to simply settle; we were meant to thrive and truly enjoy life.
With all of the stress and responsibility many people face on a daily basis, its no wonder most people feel exhausted and alone.
Whether you are the CEO of large company, of your home, or both, the stress many clients experience can make them feel inadequate, inefficient and neglected.
In the era of social media, feelings of being overwhelmed, unbalanced and inadequate are prominent. Clients often times compare themselves to their peers in pictures and "experiences". Perfectly posted images of happy and "put together" families with a perfectly baked pie, can put the average burned out person over the edge.
Whether your stress is situational caused by divorce or separation, the result of being a single parent, caused by simply being over worked with unrealistic expectations of your role or just because you have too much on your plate, everyone needs regenerating, mentoring, guidance, and spiritual restoration.
With nearly 20 years of experience as a mental health
therapist, I realized that much of therapy is related to
encouragement, goal setting, structure, and developing
solid and realistic plans of action.
Often times, traditional
therapy is not what clients need, as they are just simply
stuck and frustrated, needing regeneration, mentoring, and structure.​
