Perfectly posted images of happy and "put together" families with a perfectly baked pie, can put the average burned out woman over the edge.

With nearly 20 years of experience as a mental health
therapist, I realized that much of therapy is related to
encouragement, goal setting, structure and developing
solid and realistic plans of action. Often times, traditional
therapy is not what clients need, as they are just simply
stuck and frustrated, needing mentoring and structure.
All of us, including myself, want to feel fulfilled, happy and cared for. We are not meant to simply settle; we were meant to thrive and truly enjoy life.
